CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years demonstrated experience using Multimedia Message Manager (M3), including:
  • Conducting profile management
  • Monitoring message traffic for anomalies
• Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or related activities
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university

OR

• Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

OR

• High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

Certifications / Clearance:

• Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Ability to obtain CI polygraph

Additional Requirement:

• Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM

Special Qualifications / Duties:

• Supports messaging operations and communication processes across intelligence systems
• Assists with profile management and monitoring of message traffic
• Supports intelligence dissemination and foreign disclosure activities
• Develops and maintains SOPs and messaging documentation
• Produces reports and briefings related to messaging activities
• Coordinates with stakeholders to support effective communication workflows
