Core Functional Summary
The Data Management Analyst is primarily responsible for accurate handling of financial data, analysis of historical performance, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimize decision-making. In addition, the Data Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting management with critical data projects, as needed. This role combines technical expertise with financial acumen to drive organizational success.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Perform data management activities in accordance with customer, bank, contract, and regulatory requirements ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with data owners, users, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements.
- Gather and organize financial data related to transactions, customer accounts, and market trends.
- Develop and execute data queries, reports, dashboards, and visualizations using various tools and languages.
- Analyze historical financial performance, identifying trends, and forecasting future outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presenting insights to management teams.
- Develop financial models and providing forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Provide data support and training to end-users and resolving data issues and queries.
- Suggest improvements and initiatives to enhance financial growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-5 Years of general banking experience, customer service and data management experience
- JHA products, Database & Query basic knowledge such as SQL or Python is preferred
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish. Ability to fluently speak, understand, read and write both languages
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office Suite
