? Location & Work Setting
Applied ABC – Norcross, GA
Hybrid & In-Person — Not Fully Remote
This is a hybrid and in-person position, offering flexibility while maintaining meaningful face-to-face clinical services.
Please note: This is not a fully remote position. In-person services at the Norcross location and/or assigned service locations are required based on client and clinical needs.
Local Georgia candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates currently living outside Georgia are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Georgia and meet all position and licensure requirements.

Where You'll Make an Impact
As a full-time BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll maintain an active caseload, lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.
Clinical Responsibilities

Carry an active caseload and conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland

Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST)
-
Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
-
Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed

Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
What Sets You ApartRequired

Active BCBA certification
-
Master's degree in ABA or a related field

Current 8-hour supervision certificate
-
Georgia LBA, where required
-
Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies

Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland
-
Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans
-
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across various ages and support levels
-
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Reliable transportation
-
Authorized to work in the United States
-
Ability and willingness to work hybrid and in person — this is not a fully remote position
Nice to Have

Experience in clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings

Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

A collaborative leadership style with experience developing strong RBT teams

Passion for parent training and family-centered care
