Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000 plus bonuses yearly
Responsibilities:
- Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
- Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
- Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
- Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system
- 2-3 years of litigation experience in personal injury, specifically in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and civil litigation

- Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers
- Settlement Negotiations
- Court Appearances, Depositions
- Manage a team of 3 Personal Injury paralegals
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
- Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
- Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
- A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
