We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Acquisition Caller with Airbnb or short-term rental experienceto help us secure new homes suitable for Airbnb hosting. This role involves cold calling property owners, screening suitable properties, and building relationships to expand our Airbnb portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound phone calls to property owners, landlords, and real estate agents

Present our Airbnb rental program and explain benefits to owners

Identify properties that meet Airbnb standards and profitability criteria

Gather property details and schedule walkthroughs or follow-up calls

Maintain accurate notes and track all leads in a CRM or spreadsheet

Follow up with warm leads and build long-term relationships

Handle questions, objections, and owner concerns professionally

Coordinate with the acquisitions/management team

Provide consistent updates on leads and call activity
Qualifications

Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management required
(Hosting, co-hosting, property management, or acquisitions) -
Strong communication and professional phone presence

Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service (preferred)

Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations positive

Organized and able to track leads efficiently

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of local housing rules and rental regulations

Real estate, leasing, or property management background

CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
