Job DescriptionJob Overview:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
- Design, develop, enhance, and support CSF Custom Statement Formatter and Documerge templates for high-volume batch and on-demand customer communications.
- Analyze and modify COBOL programs, copybooks, and JCL to support document generation and data preparation workflows.
- Perform reverse engineering of legacy templates including layouts, rule bases, and associated logic to understand structure and data flow.
- Map data structures and copybooks to Documerge form fields ensuring accurate document population.
- Develop and maintain batch jobs for document generation, print processing, and distribution.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to formatting, data integrity, pagination, and batch failures.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, QA teams, and other stakeholders to validate requirements and outputs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for templates, logic, workflows, and data mappings.
- Support modernization or migration initiatives by extracting business rules and specifications from legacy systems.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with CSF Custom Statement Formatter and Documerge in enterprise environments.
- Advanced expertise in COBOL batch processing including analysis, enhancements, and debugging.
- Solid experience with JCL including job scheduling, restart, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of mainframe file structures, copybooks, and data movement.
- Experience with rule-based document generation and conditional logic.

Qualification And Education:
