We specialize in professional exterior cleaning, stone sealing, and restoration services, offering our clients superior quality and personalized attention. As a Pressure Washing Technician, you are a core member of our service team, responsible for the high-quality and efficient performance of exterior cleaning and surface preparation services. You will be operating professional-grade equipment, interacting directly with clients, and upholding our company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute professional pressure washing services for various surfaces (e.g., concrete, stone, brick,) following established company standards and safety protocols. Efficiently organize and manage daily work orders and service routes. Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring all equipment is properly serviced, clean, and in excellent working condition. Complete detailed work orders and invoices accurately upon job completion. Act as a team member of Great American Stone Sealers by demonstrating professionalism and courtesy to all customers and employees. Identify opportunities to sell additional services (e.g., stone sealing, specialized cleaning) and effectively communicate their value to customers. Perform other duties as needed, including assisting with stone sealing applications or related restoration tasks. Qualifications Candidates must be professional, personable, and extremely detail-oriented. Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver pressure washing equipment and supplies. Experience with professional pressure washing equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination. Maintain a professional appearance and personality at all times. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Benefits Competitive Compensation: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week, based on experience and performance. Paid time off (PTO).
