Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner
  • Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
  • Ability to learn and be coachable
  • Sales experience
