Turn your CDL-school training into a full-time regional driving position with hands-on mentor support and paid time behind the wheel.

Qualified CDL-school graduates begin with an experienced mentor, earn $850 per week during training, and move into an Eastern Regional solo position once they are ready.

Compensation and Training

  • $850 per week during the mentor phase
  • Experienced driver mentor during the first weeks
  • Solo drivers average $1,600-$1,800+ per week
  • Pay deposited every Friday
  • Additional earning potential for safe driving and on-time deliveries

Program Highlights

After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned new truck and begin hauling steady, year-round dry van freight.

The position includes:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 120 instructional hours from an accredited CDL school
