Qualified CDL-school graduates begin with an experienced mentor, earn $850 per week during training, and move into an Eastern Regional solo position once they are ready.
Compensation and Training
- $850 per week during the mentor phase
- Experienced driver mentor during the first weeks
- Solo drivers average $1,600-$1,800+ per week
- Pay deposited every Friday
- Additional earning potential for safe driving and on-time deliveries
Program Highlights
After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned new truck and begin hauling steady, year-round dry van freight.
The position includes:
- Eastern Regional routes

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 120 instructional hours from an accredited CDL school
- Able to meet DOT and company hiring requirements
