We are seeking an Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $40,000 per year, dependent on experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will assist with Personal Lines policy updates, handle general inquiries, and ensure that all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.


Requirements

  • Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). 100% Paid Licensing Assistance if needed.
  • No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would 1-3 years of industry, office, banking, or Business-to-business service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfortable navigating and using basic computer programs.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
