VOYlegal is partnering with a highly regarded New Jersey-based law firm and longstanding client in its search for a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience handling a broad range of commercial and business disputes, including managing discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, appearing in court, and taking and defending depositions. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients on sophisticated litigation matters.
