Here is a sample of what you will be doing:
Greet and welcome clients to our office; Meet face to face with clients, conducting intake appointments and signing appointments; Work with client to obtain documents in an accurate and timely manner; Frequent correspondence to clients via phone, email, text, mail; Manage deadlines; Prepare files for court; File prepared cases electronically; Set calendar court hearings; Handle office tasks such as filing, mailings, inbound call overflow, and case notice/reminders for clients.
