Full-Time Rotational Nanny/Family Assistant

(7 days on / 7 days off)


We’re excited to share an incredible opportunity for a Full-Time Rotational Nanny/Family Assistant (7 days on / 7 days off) to join a warm, adventurous family with two energetic boys (ages 5 and 3) in Ohio. Approx. 4 hours/week with baby once arrives in February — infant experience required!


This is a travel-heavy, team-based role—perfect for a seasoned nanny who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and loves working with children on the go.


Key Details:

  • Start Date: NOV 2025 (with training/trialing prior)
  • Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off OR 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for fly-in - fly-out candidates (Tuesday–Monday rotation)
  • Daily Hours: 6:30 AM–7:30 PM, with occasional evenings
  • Location: Based in Ohio with frequent international travel (family flies private)
  • Accommodations: Room shared with one child initially; private space provided over time
  • Household: Fully staffed (chef, housekeeper, security, second nanny)
  • Additional Hours: Approx. 4 hours/week with baby once arrives in February — infant experience required

Ideal Fit:

  • Confident, flexible, and experienced with long, full-day shifts
  • Experienced with infants, toddlers, and school-age children
  • Team-oriented and great at working alongside parents and staff
  • Organized, nurturing, and proactive communicator
  • Must be passport-ready and excited about extensive travel

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $80–$120K/year (negotiable based on experience)
  • Overnight pay when applicable
  • Paid time off, sick days, holidays, and yearly bonus
