Caregiver Home Care Support (Part-Time, Flexible Shifts)
Serving Minneapolis West & South Metro (Including Wayzata, Chaska, Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley, St. Louis Park, Edina, Eagan, Richfield, and surrounding communities!)

Compensation & Perks
- $18 $20 per hour to start (depending on background, certifications, and availability)
- CNA-licensed caregivers begin at $20/hr

Work Schedule
- Part-time, daytime hours available
- Every other weekend availability required
- Holiday coverage as needed
- Hours are matched to both your availability and client needs
- Overnight opportunities offered if interested (not mandatory)
Your Responsibilities
Offer personalized, in-home assistance with everyday tasks, such as:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Help with mobility and safe transfers
- Preparing meals & light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to errands or appointments
- Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Dependable transportation, valid drivers license, and insurance
- Working cell phone with active service
- Available to work every other weekend
- Able to complete onboarding, TB test, training, and orientation
- Compassionate, patient, and good communication skills
- Dedicated to delivering dependable, consistent care
