Job Description

We are seeking a PLM & PMO Specialist to serve as both the owner of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform and a central project manager within the PMO, supporting high-priority business, systems, and operational initiatives. This role works closely with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, IT, and executive leadership to drive structured execution, visibility, and follow-through across the organization.

What You’ll Do

PLM Platform Ownership

  • Own and manage the PLM platform, including configuration, workflows, enhancements, and user support
  • Lead end-to-end PLM initiatives (requirements, build, testing, training, go-live, stabilization)
  • Serve as the PLM subject matter expert for styles, BOMs, costing, materials, vendors, and development calendars
  • Partner with ERP and Data teams to support PLM-to-ERP integrations (BlueCherry experience a plus)

PMO & Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Serve as a PMO resource for cross-functional initiatives, including systems, process, and operational projects
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to help prioritize initiatives, track progress, and ensure accountability
  • Translate high-level business objectives into structured project plans, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints across multiple initiatives
  • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, escalating with clear recommendations and mitigation plans
  • Support day-to-day project coordination, including meeting preparation, status reporting, and action-item tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in PLM, enterprise systems, product operations, or project management within apparel or consumer goods
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end system implementations and managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong PMO fundamentals: planning, prioritization, dependency management, and executive communication
  • Solid understanding of apparel product development, sourcing, and costing workflows
  • Hands-on experience with PLM platforms (BeProduct preferred; experience with Bamboo Rose or other PLM systems is a strong plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple initiatives simultaneously

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BlueCherry ERP or other apparel ERP platforms
  • Exposure to ERP, BI, EDI, or data integrations
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-division organizations
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum)

Why This Role

  • Ownership of a core enterprise platform and enterprise-level project execution
  • High visibility and direct partnership with senior leadership
  • Opportunity to help formalize PMO practices while driving PLM excellence
