Job DescriptionAmazing U Community Services is seeking a caring and energetic female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team on a part-time, 1099 contractor basis. This role involves supporting an individual in their daily routine, promoting independence, and assisting with scheduled activities. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide support with daily living activities and community inclusion. </li>
<li>Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of the individual at all times. </li>
<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and guardians. </li>
<li>Provide weekend support as scheduled. </li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be dependable, compassionate, and energetic. </li>
<li>Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. </li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required). </li>
<li>Must pass background check and meet state requirements for DSPs. </li>
