Our company is currently seeking a TSG Analyst to join our team!
Overview:
Looking for an entry level IT Technician with strong computer and networking skills.
Candidates will be responsible for help desk support of primarily IP-based security systems in commercial and industrial environments. Applicant will be responsible for taking technical calls, providing remote support to customers and internal technical staff, documenting issues and resolutions in our ticketing system. Looking for self-motivated individuals, who can interact with customers to address their concerns and problems and assist in providing solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of basic networking and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with configuring routers/firewalls.
- Strong verbal and written commutation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL databases and queries.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco or similar certificate a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Background check required. Must have clear record.
- Ability to communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance.
