Responsibilities:
Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car finance and purchase process.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on the credit approval obtained and their needs.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with lenders and customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Auto sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
