• Promote positive customer service by greeting and welcoming guests.
• Assist and proactively provide great customer service to all guests.
• Promotes positive customer relations and create an entertaining casino environment.
• Deals casino games such as Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, Roulette, & War.
• Determines the winning and losing hands.
• Pays winning hands with chips/tokens and places losing wager in the bank or drop box.
• Assists new player on how to play the game.
• Sees to it that all players follow the gaming regulations.
• Maintains table bank and verifies amount in the table bank at the start and end of shift.
• Exchanges cash for chips or vice versa from players and places cash in the drop box.
• Ensures that all players are 21 years old and above.
• Checks IDs as necessary.
• Ensure safety of the casino money.
• Keeps tables and area clean at all times.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
