Senior Project Manager / Estimator | Deep Foundations

📍 New Berlin, Wisconsin (Milwaukee area)

💰 $130,000–$160,000 base + annual bonus + 3% profit sharing

The Resolute Group is partnering with an established, family-owned heavy civil and specialist foundations contractor with nearly 100 years of industry experience. This is an opportunity to take ownership of technically challenging projects, combining estimating, bidding, project delivery and commercial management while contributing to the continued growth of its Wisconsin operations.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Lead projects from estimating and bid preparation through to construction and final delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, change orders and profitability.
- Develop competitive estimates and help secure new business.
- Coordinate with field teams, operations and clients.
- Build relationships with contractors, developers and industry partners.

What We’re Looking For:
\n
- \n
- Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil or specialist geotechnical construction.
- Knowledge of driven piles, sheet piling, drilled shafts, caissons or earth retention systems.
- A background in estimating, project management or both.
- Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of construction costs, methods and delivery.
- Candidates from Senior Project Management, Estimating, Construction Management or Field Operations backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
