As a Warranty Administrator, you'll be the main point of contact for customers and distributors, managing warranty claims from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, collaborate across departments, and improve processes that drive customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and track warranty claims to resolution.

  • Communicate with customers and distributors on claim status.

  • Maintain accurate records in SAP.

  • Partner with engineering, product, and sales to resolve issues.

  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years' experience in warranty administration or customer service (manufacturing preferred).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
