AV-Rated Timonium Law Firm with state-wide presence is in need of a seasoned trial lawyer to join its Civil Defense Litigation department. Successful applicant will work with an established practice group representing litigants in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities will include legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, motions and written discovery, attending depositions and trials throughout the State of Maryland and in Washington, DC. Some remote work is anticipated based on trial schedule and is discretionary.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school

- Maryland Bar License is required.

- Prior Jury Trial experience is required.

- Must be able to independently manage a variety of cases with varying degrees of complexity.
