Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is partnering with our Richmond, VA client to hire a Lease Administrator for an in-office position. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in lease or transaction processing.

Position Highlights
As a Lease Administrator, you will support critical lease and transaction workflows, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with key internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain documentation for:

  • New leases
  • Renewals
  • Terminations
  • Expansions and amendments
  • Contracts and closings

Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Maintain organized electronic and physical transaction files; ensure all executed documents are fully signed and archived.
Prepare proformas for select Property Management clients.
Perform account reconciliations related to lease transactions and commissions.
Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, landlords, tenants, and title companies as needed.
Maintain lease ticklers and critical date tracking systems; distribute Tickler Reports to brokers/management.
Support audit preparation, file reviews, and internal reporting/compliance procedures.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
