Registered Behavior Technician
Job Summary:
At Achievers ABA, we do more than provide therapy - we improve lives. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals who deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18. As an RBT at Achievers ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values commitment, humility, and authenticity.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic-based and in-home settings

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client progress and performance

Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports
