Job Location: REMOTE - we have presences in the Bay Area and Austin, TX
Compensation: $150K - $260K base Depending on experience plus equity!

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Compiler Engineer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing compilers for various architectures, with a focus on enhancing performance and efficiency. This role is crucial for developing cutting-edge tools that enable high-performance computing across a range of platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compiler optimizations for various architectures including RISC-V, ARM, and x86.
- Develop and enhance JIT compilation techniques to improve runtime performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compiler technologies into our software stack.
- Analyze and resolve compiler-related issues and bugs identified during development and testing phases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in compiler technology and best practices to continually improve our tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compiler development with a strong understanding of compiler design principles.
- Familiarity with compiler frameworks such as GCC and LLVM.
- Experience with CPU architectures including RISC-V, ARM, and x86.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C/C++, with experience in low-level programming and systems programming.
- Solid understanding of JIT compilation and runtime environments.
- Proficient in Linux development environments.
