Job Description

Automotive Service Advisor – Where Pentos Meet Peterbilt's

Hourly Pay $18.00 - $25.00 (Depending on Experience)

3+ Years of Experience Required

Monday - Friday!

Westminster, SC 29693

About the Shop

This isn't your average repair garage. It's a fast-moving, no-two-days-the-same kind of place where one day you're quoting an A/C compressor on a Civic and the next you're helping schedule repairs for a trash truck or a Clemson campus bus. From small sedans to heavy-duty haulers, this shop handles it all—except boats, motorcycles, and ATVs. If it has wheels and runs on fuel (but not water), it's game on.

The shop runs two separate teams: one handles the industrial fleet side, and the other—the one you'd be joining—focuses on passenger vehicles and motorsports. Think less forklifts, more fast cars.

The Setup

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Weekends? Nope.

  • Shop Space: 9 bays, 4 lifts, plus a heavy-duty alignment rack that can handle the big boys.

  • Tech Stack: Snap-On, Autel, Mitchell 1, factory software. You won't be squinting at outdated tools.

The Vibe

You'll be working with a solid crew: a couple of A techs who know their stuff, a few hardworking B and C techs, a sharp general service tech, and a fully-loaded parts department with over a million bucks in inventory ready to roll. The shop is organized like a dealership, but has none of the corporate stiffness.

Who We're Looking For

A Service Advisor who can keep the wheels turning and the customers smiling. If you can juggle scheduling, whip up an estimate like a pro, and still find time to talk someone through their brake job, you're the kind of multitasker this shop needs.

You'll work side-by-side with technicians, customers, and the parts department (who handles all pricing and availability—no parts hunting for you). Expect to jump between conversations, adjust workflows on the fly, and keep things moving when curveballs come flying in.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and check in customers like a boss

  • Manage the schedule and workflow without breaking a sweat

  • Build accurate estimates and explain them clearly (no smoke and mirrors)

  • Communicate with the parts team—no scavenger hunts here

  • Keep track of repair progress and close out jobs smoothly

  • Be the steady hand in the middle of controlled chaos

What's in It for You

  • Hourly Pay: $18–$25/hr, straight hourly (Based on your experience you bring to the table)

  • Weekly Paychecks: Because waiting two weeks is a drag

  • Paid Holidays & One Floating Holiday

  • Paid Time Off (YES, we all need some R&R!)

  • Medical Insurance Available

  • Supplemental Insurance: Aflac and Globe Life available if you want extra peace of mind

  • Uniforms: Provided, cleaned, and paid for—because laundry's not your job

  • Training Opportunities: Tons of them. If you like learning, you'll feel right at home. This shop invests in people who want to grow.

Why This Role Rocks

This is the kind of job where you're never bored. The work matters, the team's got your back, and management actually understands the job—they've done it too. If you're sharp, organized, and not afraid of a fast-paced day full of surprises, you'll thrive here.
