Legal Secretary for probate, estate planning and tax attorney. Position will be solely for a single attorney.
Answer phones, taking detailed messages and/or directing to staff; screening calls, assisting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendar.
Finalizing correspondence and documents as edited by attorney and staff.
Prepare Estate Planning Documents for signing and client follow up.
Scanning, filing and maintaining client files.
Processing mail and package delivery.
Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, AbacusLaw, Florida Courts Filing (efile), erecording and email are ideal.
Full-time position.
