School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – High School | Wilmington, DE

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting high school students in the Wilmington, Delaware area during the 2026–2027 school year.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT interested in helping secondary students develop the functional skills necessary to participate successfully within their educational environment.

Position Details:

Full-time Occupational Therapist
High school setting
Onsite
Monday–Friday
37.5 hours per week
30-minute unpaid lunch
Start Date: August 25, 2026
End Date: June 8, 2027
Wilmington, DE

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to assigned students
Support functional and educationally relevant student goals
Monitor progress and maintain required documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Participate in school-based meetings as appropriate
Provide recommendations to support student participation and independence

Requirements:

Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license required
Appropriate Occupational Therapy degree
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience with secondary-aged students is a plus
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be available to provide services onsite
