🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Set up and change over production lines and equipment.
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, cappers, fillers, labelers, and packaging machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs on breakdowns.
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure consistent product excellence.
- Keep production running smoothly by identifying issues early and resolving them quickly.
🎯 What You Bring to the Team
- 2+ years of experience in high‑speed manufacturing maintenance.
- Experience setting up machinery and packaging lines.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Hands-on experience replacing motors and gearboxes.
- Ability to perform product and machine quality checks.
- Basic electrical skills (rewiring a motor, running lines, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in high‑volume or food production lines is a plus!

🏭 Work Environment
A manufacturing environment with production teams, machine operators, and forklifts working alongside you. Shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, rotation based on a 4-on/4-off schedule. Includes a 30‑minute unpaid lunch.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Overland, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $33.50/hr.
