Job Description Job Title: Oven Flamer Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Allegiance Staffing Location: Concord, NC Pay: $16.00 per hour to start Schedule: Monday – 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Tuesday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Job Summary: Allegiance Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking candidates for an Oven Flamer position at a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and comfortable standing for most of the shift. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: · Operate oven/flaming equipment safely and correctly · Flame and treat cups as part of the production process · Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or issues · Follow production instructions and maintain a steady work pace · Keep the work area clean and organized · Follow all company safety rules and procedures · Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production or equipment issues · Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: · Reliable attendance and punctuality · Ability to work Monday – Friday · Ability to stand and work for extended periods · Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment · Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions · Good attention to detail · Ability to work well with others as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: · Previous manufacturing or production experience · Experience working with machinery or production equipment · Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment · Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly Dress Code: · Long pants with no holes or rips · Plain T-shirt · Tennis shoes
