As a Wellness Sales Associate/Spa Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a relaxing and rewarding experience for our clients. Whether you’re connecting with potential customers, keeping the studio organized, or staying on top of our latest promotions, you’ll be at the heart of what makes beem special.
What You’ll Do
Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- Connect with Clients: Make outbound calls and engage with both current and potential clients to share the benefits of our services.
- Create a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and ready to provide a serene experience for every visitor.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date on all promotions, pricing options, and studio updates to provide accurate information to clients.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients, helping them feel valued and supported on their wellness journey.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Communication Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to engage clients over the phone and in person.
- Organization: Attention to detail and a knack for keeping spaces tidy and inviting.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role and ability to critically think when faced with unwilling or difficult prospective clients.
