Job Description
South Florida’s leading healthcare system is seeking a Help Desk Analyst with 1+ years of experience to join its IT support team. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare or imaging experience and be comfortable supporting enterprise users in a fast‐paced environment. This role requires hands‐on experience with password resets, Active Directory, Microsoft Office applications, and the use of a ticketing system to track and resolve issues. An A+ certification is strongly preferred, along with a solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. The Help Desk Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring timely, high‐quality technical support for end users across the organization.
