Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy role is available for an experienced licensed pharmacist to contribute to both retail and long-term care pharmacy services. This position is based in a specialty pharmacy setting in Grand Rapids, MN, and offers a contract opportunity lasting 8+ weeks.
Location:

Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends
- 30-40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in a retail pharmacy environment
- Provide pharmaceutical care for long-term care patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy management
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Administer immunizations as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Minnesota pharmacist license
- PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
- Immunization and CPR certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in both retail and long-term care pharmacy practice
