As an Agricultural Sales Representative, you'll work directly with farmers, business owners, and industry professionals to help turn their vision into reality. If you're a people person who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and spending time both in the office and out in the field, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses
- Help clients plan and develop construction projects from start to finish
- Meet with customers, understand their needs, and create solutions that work
- Work alongside engineers, project managers, and construction teams to bring projects to life.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and industry events to connect with people and grow the business
- Visit project sites and keep clients informed throughout the building process
- Help navigate permits, approvals, and site planning
- Stay connected with past clients and help them plan future projects
What We're Looking For
- A passion for agriculture and working with people
- Dairy or agricultural experience is a huge plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to have honest conversations and solve problems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Procore experience is a bonus)
- Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales, agriculture, construction, or a related field preferred
- Associate degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or a related field is a plusbut we value experience and drive, too!
