Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in enhancing residents' dining experiences and supporting their nutritional well-being. This full-time Evening position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' preferences

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment, following health and safety protocols

Engage with residents respectfully, addressing their dietary needs and preferences with a friendly attitude

Adhere to all dietary procedures, facility policies, and state/federal regulations
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long-term care or healthcare setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently

Ability to lift up, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
