The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Would prefer Leader to reside in Broward or Palm Beach County. to cover hospitals in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach locations.
- prefer 2 yrs manager or director experience of team 15+. (will be managing leadership team that supervises RNs, supervisors and CNC approx. team
- Prefer 2 yrs Dialysis acute or chronic or relatable experience to lead by example
- Position schedule is Monday through Friday
- Position will include the planning, coordination, and provision of care for the patient.
- Establish excellent rapport and working relationships with all customers, both internally and externally
