What You’ll Do:

Proactively prevent incidents to maintain system stability.

Screen, log, and manage support calls and tickets.

Provide technical support to customers, ensuring close collaboration and excellence in service.

Execute procedures, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic simulations with speed and accuracy.

Work with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to manage communication protocols, networks, data flows, and messaging (locally and globally).
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Technology, IT, or related fields.

Proven experience in technical support and customer service.

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Advanced English (mandatory for global operations).

Spanish fluency (required for customer interactions).
