IT Systems, Data and Compliance Manager (Full Time)
Position is onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic and detail-oriented IT Systems, Data and Compliance Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join a supportive team in a successful and expanding school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all the school’s IT support needs, hardware and software, in conjunction with the regional IT team, updating school databases and ensuring the school’s records are in compliance with state, local and NAE regulations. A comprehensive induction and ongoing job training will be given, to align your skills with the systems and processes of NAE IT management.

IT Support
- Set up equipment for new students and staff. Enrolling and preparing iPads/Laptops/Desktops as required.
- Keep systems up to date through operating systems and firmware upgrades.
- Manage troubleshooting for system errors.
- Respond to IT issues, functioning as the help desk support person for staff and students and for network and end-user computer issues.
- Manage printing systems and copiers.
- Maintain equipment inventory.
- Ensure software and hardware compliance to meet company standards.
- Monitor web performance, network availability, and security.
- Monitor networking equipment and servers, updating systems as needed.
- Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software.
- Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features.
- Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls, and new software.
Data
- Set up and manage user accounts in SchoolsBuddy
- Add and modify events in SchoolsBuddy, such as enrichment clubs and school trips
- Manage the Student Manager module in iSams ensuring all records are accurate and updated as needed
- Manage the Registration module in iSams
- Produce reports from iSams for staff as needed
- Update contact information in the emergency notification system
- Support the induction of new staff as it relates to IT systems
- Maintain the school’s email distribution lists
- Manage user access rights and permissions across systems
- Manage the email database for the school’s newsletter
- Manage the student password data bank
- Design new databases as needed for school operations
- Control access to sensitive information
Compliance
- Monitor company compliance dashboards ensuring BISC is up to date
- Update any expired compliance records
- Track local and state compliance standards and update as needed
