Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time
Location: Toms River, NJ
Pay: $18.70/hr
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Toms River, NJ. In this role, you will provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to men with disabilities in a residential group home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining healthy routines

• Support personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs

• Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement

• Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks

• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD

• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
