Key Responsibilities\n

- Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Execute comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, mental health challenges, and treatment objectives. Utilize evidence-based diagnostic tools to evaluate mental health disorders thoroughly.
- Individual and Group Therapy: Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions focused on evidence-based practices. Address a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, to foster healing and growth.
- Treatment Planning and Implementation: Create personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and aspirations. Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care. Coordinate referrals to community resources that complement recovery goals.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, treatment notes, and discharge plans, in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
- Advocacy and Community Engagement: Actively advocate for clients' rights and access to mental health services. Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to raise awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Fully licensed and in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Only full licenses with no disciplinary actions will be considered.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, essential for building rapport with clients.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
