Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individualized telehealth counseling sessions that last approximately 30 minutes, focusing on each client’s specific issues and aspirations.
- Assess and address sub-clinical matters such as work-related stress, procrastination, and achieving an optimal work-life balance.
- Guide clients in establishing personal and professional growth objectives, helping them cultivate relationships and enhance overall well-being.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements to our programs and telehealth delivery systems.

Your primary focus will be on clients seeking help with various emotional challenges, including stress management, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active state license/certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice therapy within your state.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing mental health counseling to individuals dealing with emotional or psychological issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients via virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and effort.
