Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge/High-Touch Customer Service Agent to join our elite team, dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. As a Concierge/High-Touch Customer Service you will be the primary point of contact for our exclusive members, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service with grace and efficiency. This role demands a unique blend of professionalism, creativity, and discretion.
You’ll spend your days on the following:
- Manage and fulfill requests from VIP clients, ranging from providing exclusive offer details to handling escalations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information
- Develop and maintain relationships with premium vendors and service providers
- Act as a liaison between our VIP clients and vendors and service providers
- Provide proactive communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Resolve client concerns or complaints with professionalism and a service-first mindset
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our concierge services
- Maintain a welcoming and polished presence at all times
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-touch customer service roles, preferably in luxury hospitality or concierge services
- Proven track record of managing high-profile or VIP clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

- Preferred to be located near one of our office locations: MN, NY, KS, AZ
- If remote, can be in the following locations: CA, FL, GA, IL, IN,KY, ME, MA, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NC, PA, WI
