The Warehouse General Laborer supports daily operations in a manufacturing warehouse by handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position reports to the distribution center manager, warehouse supervisor, operations manager, or shift lead and may provide opportunities to advance to Lead Laborer. The role requires frequent lifting, extended standing, repetitive bending, and climbing or ladder use.
Responsibilities
- Handle and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments.
- Pack materials and products for shipment.
- Build and organize pallets.
- Count inventory accurately.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Support receiving activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
