Mid-level Copyright and Trademark Litigation Associate - New York and Los Angeles

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a Copyright and Trademark Litigation Associate for its Intellectual Property and Technology group in New York or Los Angeles. The salary range for this position is between $260k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of copyright and trademark litigation experience, preferably from a national law firm.
• Experience with patent, platform liability or privacy litigation is a plus.
• No technical background required.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Must be admitted in New York or California.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
