Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Manage and maintain safety database systems for all client-required platforms across approximately 26 companies.
  • \n

  • Review, update, and upload required documentation, including safety programs, insurance certificates, training records, and other compliance materials.
  • \n

  • Monitor company compliance statuses and work to ensure all clients maintain an “A Grade,” “Working,” or “Approved” rating within each system.
  • \n

  • Identify gaps in compliance and provide documentation or justification when clients are not current.
  • \n

  • Maintain detailed worksheet tracking work completed across company sites and accurately log all activity in client systems.
  • \n

  • Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
  • \n

  • Conduct periodic job site visits to identify potential safety hazards and support compliance efforts.
  • \n

  • Participate in and facilitate safety meetings with clients to promote awareness and educate employees on best practices.
  • \n

  • Deliver training sessions as needed to support client safety programs and initiatives.
  • \n

Qualifications

    \n
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • \n

  • Knowledge of Safety or Insurance a plus
  • \n

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database platforms
  • \n

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • \n
