Job Summary
Join our well-established coffee and frozen beverage distribution company, where we have been delivering excellence for 20 years. We are looking for a skilled Beverage Service Technician to provide top-tier repair, maintenance, and installation services for coffee, powdered cappuccino, and slushie machines. If you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a solid technical background, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Strong Equipment Service: Diagnose, repair, and Install Beverage Equipment like - coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines; complete service reports and logs promptly.
  • Lead Customer Satisfaction Efforts: Resolve customer issues swiftly, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
  • Manage Equipment Inventory: Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment on the service vehicle; order parts as needed.
  • Lead Company-Wide Training Operations: Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new service technicians.
  • Teach customers how to operate their equipment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records


Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, preferably in beverage equipment, service, HVAC, or Refrigeration industries.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Excellent communication, strong work ethic, high accountability, and dedication to customer service and prompt repairs.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to drive a service van and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service skills
