We’re looking for a warm, nurturing, and dependable Infant Teacher to join our family! If you love those tiny smiles, enjoy celebrating first milestones, and believe that caring for infants is about so much more than simply meeting their basic needs, we’d love to meet you.

Our infant teachers create a calm, loving environment where babies feel secure and cared for throughout their day. You’ll build meaningful relationships with each child while partnering closely with families to give their little ones the best possible start.

What You’ll Do: -Provide loving, attentive care for infants throughout the day -Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment -Follow individual feeding, sleeping, diapering, and care routines -Comfort and soothe babies while responding to their individual cues and needs -Following KinderCare curriculum to encourage age-appropriate sensory, motor, language, and social development -Plan and participate in developmentally appropriate activities and experiences -Celebrate milestones, from first smiles and giggles to crawling and those first steps -Communicate openly and professionally with families about their child’s day and development -Maintain accurate daily records and classroom documentation -Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and the team -Follow all health, safety, licensing, and center policies

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: -Naturally nurturing, patient, and compassionate -Reliable and responsible -Energetic and enthusiastic about working with young children -Attentive to the individual needs and personalities of infants -Comfortable communicating with parents and coworkers -Able to work as part of a team while also taking initiative -Committed to creating a positive, loving classroom environment -Experienced in infant care or early childhood education (preferred, but we’re happy to consider the right person with a genuine passion for children)
