Key Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Special Education (SPED) Licensure required
• Demonstrated experience working with high school students (grades 9–12) with diverse learning needs
• Ability to adapt instruction and resources to meet individual education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
