Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Special Education (SPED) Licensure required
- Demonstrated experience working with high school students (grades 9–12) with diverse learning needs
- Ability to adapt instruction and resources to meet individual education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Support a cross-categorical caseload of 10–12 students, ensuring all IEP goals are met
- Plan, deliver, and modify instruction based on student needs and ongoing assessment data
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to support student integration and success
