We are currently seeking experienced Cable Installation Technicians to join our field operations team. As a vital part of our service network, you’ll perform residential and commercial cable and fiber installations, ensuring every customer receives top-quality service and reliable connectivity.

Position type:
- 1099 Contract.
- On-the-road, flexible days off (we offer routing 5-6 days per week).
Location: GSAA (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, West Asheville).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly direct deposit (with a 3-week hold).
- Pay range depends on experience and job volume.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cable, fiber, or telecom installation.
- Strong understanding of installation standards, signal testing, and customer setup.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces.
- Must have your own professional tool set and mobile phone as outlined in the company’s required equipment checklist.
- Having your own white minivan or pickup truck with a ladder rack is a plus — if not, we can connect you with partner companies that offer vehicle and ladder leasing options.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, activate, and configure cable and / or fiber internet systems for residential and commercial customers.
- Set up and test routers, modems, splitters, ONTs, and networking equipment.
- Perform pre- and post-installation testing to ensure optimal signal quality and functionality.
- Read and follow job orders, maps, and site instructions to ensure accurate and compliant installations.
- Troubleshoot service or signal issues and perform adjustments on-site when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and adhere to safety and traffic protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide an outstanding service experience.
- Complete accurate daily documentation and photo reports using company systems.
