What You'll Do
- Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding on carbon steel and stainless steel components.
- Fabricate and assemble custom pressure vessels, piping systems, and heat exchanger equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate welding methods, materials, and equipment to meet design requirements.
- Perform pipe welding, fitting, cutting, and fabrication work.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and compliance with specifications.
- Use measuring and inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to complete custom projects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional welding experience.
- Strong MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding skills.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience welding carbon steel; stainless steel experience is a plus.
- Fabrication and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of welding codes, standards, and quality requirements.
- Experience with pipe welding and pipe fitting preferred.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Welding certifications are highly valued but not required.

Work Environment
You'll work in a clean, organized, and well-maintained manufacturing facility equipped with modern tools and equipment. The shop is heated during the winter, well-lit, and properly ventilated for year-round comfort. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
